I have no family physician, hence I depend on Tele health and UCCs. I am at a point where I saw three different care providers over Tele health in one month who could access my record but who had only 5 min each time so they did not get the whole picture. If I had not printed out the reports they sent and the imaging reports the clinics have sent to me and their system, the physicians at the UCC I went to next would not have known what was done. There they could not access my imaging reports, not the images, and not the notes from the Tele Health providers. This is increasingly frustrating in a city that is lacking health care providers. At least the patient’s information should be shared under one system so that each physician/nurse can access a patient’s history and records.
