Allow patients to request & receive all
records from each emergency & doctor’s
visit, imaging, diagnostics etc. Ideally
the patient can be aided in methods to
organize these records, so they can be
efficiently shared with the next provider.
The patient & caregiver are the most
likely to be aware of their medical
history. Difficult with the current health
care model to expect medical providers
to have the time & capacity to review all. Perhaps a shared online platform like lifelabs where patients could upload records & if they wish, share them with their healthcare provider
