I have spent the entirety of my 3 years in BC trying to get a diagnosis for a mysterious abdominal pain. Multiple trips to the ER, multiple specialists referred by the ER involved, no one communicates with one another. I just recently was able to get a primary care dr and now have to start the process from scratch to get her up to speed so she can build her own records and come to her own conclusions. It’s frustrating and anxiety inducing. There has to be a better way to connect them all.
